Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

In the event that your address was incorrectly enteredthe package should be sent back to us and we will update the shipping address and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer.support@sobxandco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
